Data Entry Administrator

About the company

This global organisation is the market leader within research and program implementation.

This innovative company requires an administration assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

Offices based in Brisbane Inner City Western Suburbs, close to public transport, you will be assisting the contracts and procurement team.

About the role

The duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Entering and loading contract/information onto the system

  • Scanning and filling of documents

  • Proofreading and formatting documents

  • Maintaining and updating records

  • General administrative duties

About you

To be successful for this role you will have administration experience ideally within contracts or procurement.

You will be highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your work-flow.

With ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally you have experience in Netsuite and/or Rockfast.

This temporary role is due to commence on Monday the 16th August, hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

This company is close to public transport, however no parking is available on-site.
