Field Sales Representative

Our Leyland based client is a highly successful and award winning organisation.

They are seeking a locally based experienced Field Sales Representative with a solid background in field sales to prospect for new business throughout the UK.

The successful candidate will develop new business and nurture existing clients nationwide.

As part of their expanding sales team you will be able to show a good commercial understanding and excellent organisation skills with a flair for creativity.

You will have proven sales experience, ideally from within the print industry, and be prepared to travel extensively throughout the UK.

This will involve some overnight stays away from home, probably on a weekly basis.

You will also be expected to attend Head Office on a weekly basis, therefore you must be based within a reasonable distance of Leyland, Lancashire.

Company and product training will be provided along with full marketing support.

New Business Generation
Client Facing Visits
Pitching At Board Level
Attending Networking Events And Presentations
Quotations And Tender Preparation
Managing/Overseeing Day To Day Responsibilities Of Internally Based Account Managers
Managing Clients
Supply Chain Management
Account Analysis

Key Skills Required:

Proven Track Record In New Business Acquisition
Proven Field Sales Experience
Good Commercial Understanding
Exceptional Communication Skills at all levels
Experience In Cold Calling
