Regional Manager - Adults LD - Hampshire

Salary - £45,000 (plus £5,000 car allowance)

My client, a national provider of care for vulnerable adults are seeking an experienced multi site Regional Manager to oversee a number of services across the South Coast in Hampshire.

You would be managing a team of Service Managers to ensure they meet the very highest care standards and offer the best opportunities to your clients.

The successful candidate must have

  • NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)

  • Minimum 2 years at Senior Management level

  • Multi-site management experience

  • Ability to manage managers

  • Strong experience with learning disabilities

  • Proven track record with CQC (via inspection reports)

  • Passion to deliver positive outcomes

The Regional Manager's main responsibilities are to

  • Line manage a team of Service Managers

  • Report directly to the Operations Director

  • Ensure all services obtain minimum ‘Good' in regulatory inspections

  • Lead services and admin teams through CQC visits

  • Be the safeguard lead

  • Manage within allocated budgets

  • Effectively recruit and retain staff

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with external agencies

  • Oversee the referral and assessment process

  • Be an ambassador for the company at all times
