**Part Time** Helpdesk Administrator

Our client based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire are currently seeking a Part Time Helpdesk Administrator to join them on a part time 12 month
maternity contract, with the possibility of a permanent role.

Duties include:

• Logging calls on system
• Reviewing progress and quality of the jobs
• Ensure paperwork is completed correctly
• Providing customer service where required
• Dealing with incoming enquiries
• Update information on the database for all clients
• Effectively handle any incoming complaints

Knowledge/Skills Experience:

• Professional and personable demeanour at all time
• Strong customer care
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a time pressurised environment

Start: ASAP
Hours: 3 days a week (days negotiable) 8.00am – 5.00pm
Duration: Initially -12 month contract
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £17,600 pro rata
