Salary: £21,544

Contract: Permanent

Hours:  Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm

HR Administrator / Receptionist

The Role

The overall aim of the HR Function providing administration support in the following key areas: -

  • Process monthly payroll.
  • Meet and greet all visitors.
  • Manage all incoming calls on the switchboard.
  • Process holidays, absences, lateness for staff.
  • Order PPE
  • Arrange meetings and book meeting rooms.
  • Process incoming and outgoing post.
  • Process invoices
  • Manage petty cash
  • Organise Hire Cars as and when required.
  • Manage the facilities staff.
  • Banking

HR Administrator / Receptionist

  • Must be trustworthy with ability to be confidential
  • Good general education background
  • Ideally previous HR administration experience
  • Proven ability to manage own workload
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of people throughout the business
  • Excellent PC Skills
  • Be systems savvy – ideally with some previous experience of working with HR systems
  • Flexible and adaptable to ever changing situations
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Be a positive, personable ‘people’ person
  • Able to take instruction and perform additional duties when required
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Be proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have a positive and confident and approach
  • Have an eye for detail
