Customer Operations Manager, Hampshire (Permanent).

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Manager based in Hampshire.

It is essential that you have call centre management experience and have a good knowledge of property repairs and maintenance.

We require candidates that are proficient in Excel, have excellent communication skills, are approachable, and are highly driven and motivated.

The main purpose of the position is to manage and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors and Resource Controllers ensuring a consistent, exemplar front line service is delivered to customers with a responsive resolution of enquiries.

On a day to day basis you will manage, monitor, train, develop and motivate the operational /customer services team, manage and resolve any escalated enquiries in a timely manner, analyse and report on data, and maximise customer satisfaction to minimise complaints.

The working hours are 35 hours per week Monday to Friday with core operating hours are 8am to 6pm.
