Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Package: £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary, OTE £70,000 and car allowance
As an Area Sales Manager you will be proactively expanding your customer base winning new business.
Alongside this you will also be tasked with building and developing relationships with existing accounts and ensuring positive growth.
The role is to be focused on selling full portfolio of CAD software.
Working in a field based capacity, you must be a self-starter.
Liaising with several decision makers you will be creating opportunities, securing contracts and exceeding targets.
Targeting a variety of verticals, including Architecture, Civil Engineering and Construction.
You will be responsible for generating your own leads as well as managing customers throughout the contract life cycle whilst creating upselling and cross selling opportunities to ensure renewal of contracts.
In order to excel in your role as Area Sales Manager it is essential you have exceptional self-management abilities, able to manage your schedule.
You will have a proven track record within the CAD Software industry with an accessible network of key contacts.
It is desirable that you have experience of selling into Architecture and Construction.
The successful candidate will be a strong hungry sales professional, an ambitious self-starter, organized and polished.
This role as Area Sales Manager is offering an outstanding package; a basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000, with an OTE of £70,000.
In addition to this the package also includes laptop, mobile phone and car allowance.
