We are searching for a forward thinking, strategic business intelligence and reporting specialist to join this well-established global digital marketing and advertising agency.

Overseeing a remote team of reporting analysts, your role will be to shape, define and deliver an improved reporting framework and data management strategy.

You will also be required to bring in a data visualisation tool so experience in working with these is key.

You should have strong experience in BI/Business Intelligence and customer reporting, having developed suites of self-serve reporting tools and dashboards for medium - large companies with a data rich environment, as well as building automated reporting solutions.

You will need to have an understanding of marketing communications and the measurement of these using reporting solutions.

Any additional experience working in a digital environment, working with monitoring and evaluation tools for measuring social media, TV and other digital campaigns would be a massive plus.

As this function grows and develops, it's important you build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business from management through to c-level; therefore excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to really own this function and role, you will work closely with the Analytics Director to really ensure data is at the heart of all decisioning across this successful marketing and advertising agency.


  • Skilled in designing, building and developing complex reporting solutions

  • Experience in data visualization and associated tools; Tableau, Qlickview etc.

  • Technically able, with advanced skills using BI / reporting software such as SAP Business Objects, SAS, SQL, Access etc.

  • Experience of working with web reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics (Omniture / Site catalyst) would be hugely advantageous

  • Proven experience of working in a marketing environment, ideally experience in measuring digital marketing campaigns; TV, social media, email, SMS etc.

  • Team leadership skills, with a proven background leading small teams of Reporting Analysts

  • Confident, dynamic, entrepreneurial approach

  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and engage people at all levels

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, working in a fast paced environment, solutions focused approach

SALARY - £70k - £75k plus excellent benefits
