The Role and Candidate

Supporting the team in the office in which you will be based, your workload will be a mixture of Residential Conveyancing files.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Providing verbal and written quotes for both Sales and Purchases

- Dealing with enquiries on Sales files

- Preparing search report letters

- Producing exchange letters on Sale and Purchase files

- Preparing Sale and Purchase files for completion

- Completion of Sale and Purchase files

- Post Completion work - payment of Stamp Duty, Land Registry requisitions

- Assisting fee earners in times of high work load and absence

If you have excellent communication, inter-personal, team work, organisation and IT skills and have knowledge of a case management system from working in a conveyancing environment, this could be the role for you!
