Vehicle Sales Administrator (Car Dealership)

Location: Chester

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator for our clients main dealer site in the Chester area.

This is a new position for an experienced Sales or Fleet Administrator who has some solid dealership experience to move in to a fast paced and challenging role in this successful franchise.

Your remit is to support both the Sales function with regard to assisting with complex quotations and supporting the Sales Function ongoing, ordering New Cars with the correct specifications and making sure all paperwork is done correctly for all Used Cars that are sold.

The role would ideally suit someone who has experience of the car showroom industry and has a very keen attention to detail, someone who likes to see things through from inception to completion.

Other useful traits to have for this role are:
Sales or Fleet Administration experience in a Fully Franchised Dealership.

An understanding of Vehicle Legislation.

Knowledge of working with KPI's and how they are critical to overall Business Performance.

A good understanding of working with Microsoft products.

Working knowledge of any of the AFRL, Kerridge, 1-Link or related Automotive Software Packages would also be useful.
