Project Communications Officer

The specialist government team here at people2people are working closely with the NSW Government to recruit an experienced Project Communications Officer for an exciting 12 month assignment!

Key accountabilities include:

  • Event management experience

  • Communications assistance

  • Preparation of timely and accurate information as required, reports, draft letters and documents, take and prepare meeting minute

  • Project Support and Program Coordination for the MR10 Program - provide high level confidential project support services to ensure the efficient functioning of the project team

  • TRIM system knowledge

About you:

  • Maintain visibility and understanding of project requirements in a fast paced challenging environment

  • Balancing daily demands from internal end external customer's requests whilst managing an efficient and effective level of program support - displaying initiative and independence in resolving problems

  • Supporting transformation change give the range of internal and external stakeholders, the potential resistance to change and the need for both structural and cultural change
