Health & Social Care Assessor

We need you if you're an experienced, quality driven and committed Health & Social Care Assessor who is fully qualified and able to deliver L2 & L3 awards via E-Portfolios to a caseload of 45 learners in the Guilford area.

Your new Health & Social Care Assessor role will involve

- Preparing, agreeing and reviewing assessment plans with each of your learners
- Supporting and progressing your learners through the delivery of quality teaching and assessment
- Developing online and paper based learner portfolios to agreed standards and in line with the company's bespoke delivery models (full training given).
- Visiting your learners to complete a progressive visit in line with the delivery model and within given time scales.
- Providing the very best support for your learners
- Delivering the best possible service to learners and clients ensuring at all times that all quality standards are met.

Whilst delivering a quality service you should

- Naturally deliver 'Learner Customer Service' that is second to none
- Manage your caseload so that your learners achieve in a cost effective manner.

- Provide regular reports on the progression of your learners
- Support internal and external audits and quality assessments

Are you the Health & Social Care Assessor that can do this? If so are you:

- Qualified to assess - holding an A1 award or similar, if you have a verifier award it would be a distinct advantage for you although not essential for this role.
- Able to deliver functional skills either as a standalone qualification or embedded into delivery of the full apprenticeship framework
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE grade C in English and Math's or equivalent
- Someone with a natural strong persuasive communication style
- A 'People person' - someone with highly developed people skills
- Quality driven
