Technical Administrator

LH Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced administrator to work within our client's busy service department.

Our successful Blackburn based client is a leading innovator in their field and specialise in the manufacturing of safety solutions that improve overall transport safety.

Your responsibilities will include providing telephone support on an inbound basis as well as making outgoing calls to schedule engineers to attend faults.

Providing technical support to internal departments, including warrant, workshop and dispatch functions as well as any other reasonable duties as directed by the service manager.

The ideal candidate must have experience of working in a customer service environment as well as preferably coming from an IT orientated background.

A real passion for computers and all things technical will be a huge advantage for the successful candidate.

This role will suit somebody who wants to be part of a growing team and really make an impression within the workforce.

To achieve that the successful candidate will need to ‘muck in' and show a real can do, will do, happy to do attitude and demonstrate their flexibility.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 dependant on experience.

The hours for this role 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with a half an hour lunch break.
