Account Executive

A leading regional Chartered Insurance Broker and who are one of elite number of insurance brokers nationally who are a awarding winning recognised ‘Gold Standard' within the industry by the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Due to rapid growth they require now an Account Executive.

Purpose of the Job:

  • To service a book of commercial business

  • New business quotes

  • Mid term adjustment renewals and claims

  • Develop relationships with clients and insurers whilst working with a professional and efficient manner

Duties and responsibilities:

  • New business - take down relevant information to obtain quotes

  • Renewals - review the cover/sums insured with the client.

    Make sure the client is adequately insured.

    Check the current insurers renewal premium against other insurers to make sure we have the best deal for the client

  • Mid term adjustment - to make changes to clients policies as and when it's required

  • Claims - to assist clients in making claims on the policy by providing guidance and advice or by reporting the claim on their behalf

  • Cross selling to existing and new clients
