Sous Chef/Chef De Partie

Are you a flexible chef looking for a new challenge within a quality organisation in Newmarket?

Do you have fine dining and traditional experience?

My client is looking for an experience chef either on a Sous chef or Chef de Partie level to join their team, if this sounds like you please read on!

Duties to include:

  • Reporting to the Head Chef
  • Cooking for events from 2- 600 covers
  • Helping to create bespoke menus
  • Cooking a range of cuisine from fine dining to more traditional meals

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Flexible to work different hours/days depending on the needs of the business
  • Experienced within both fine dining and traditional cuisine
  • An NVQ qualification within cookery
  • Food health and Safety certificate
  • A good team player able to also work well independently

Start: ASAP
Hours: Full Time
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk 
£20,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
