The establishment has a range of dining areas including a stylish conservatory, patio area and traditional pub, where guests can enjoy a range of menus created using International influences.
The establishment is extremely popular and can cater for up to 140 covers.
It is therefore necessary that all applicants come from not only a rosette background, but also have experience in cooking to volume.

A mix of straight and split shifts
The person to suit must be experienced in fresh produce to a 1 rosette standard, must have 1 - 2 years experience at this level and confident in working in a high volume, fast paced kithen.
Should also posses NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a hygiene certificate is essential.
