Customer Service Desk Executive - Thames Valley Areas

Our client is looking for a customer service desk executive to join their specialist cleaning division.

Your role will be office based and will require you to deal with incoming calls and enquiries from our clients and liaising with our depot network.

You will also be involved in chasing up job updates, and assisting with the costing of such national accounts jobs using the cost templates that are available for each client.

Knowledge will be provided so you will be able to field and answer questions and learn about the specialist cleaning services.

The career progression for the right candidate is enormous with the potential for you to be heading up our clients office with your own team reporting to you.

A confident communicator, you will have a good telephone manner and be friendly and informative.

You must have previously worked in a call centre environment or customer service desk environment or been in telesales.

Skills required
Excel and word to intermediate level.

Preferred additional skills
Knowledge of the cleaning or services industry or the cleaning restoration industry.

£20,000 pa
28 days paid holiday

Reporting office - Coulsdon
