Customer Support Advisor

* - Paying £22k per annum plus benefits

Job Purpose of Customer Support Advisor:

To maintain and build upon existing strong customer relationships through customer service excellent, and aim to exceed customer's expectations in line with departmental goals.

Key Duties & Objectives:

  • To handle incoming telephone enquiries efficiently and effectively.

  • To process orders in a timely manner whilst maintaining attention to detail.

  • To pro-actively call customers with relevant key information.

  • To actively follow up mail-shots by telephone following marketing campaigns, in order to generate leads.

  • Maintain and update contact / account information on CRM in a timely manner.

  • Experience of using SAP an advantage
