Administrator - Dorking

Salary £25k plus great benefits

Working with a major lender, the role is supporting broker introduced business effectively developing new business opportunities within Asset Finance through the provision of high levels of service to Customers, Introducers and Suppliers.

We are looking for candidates ideally from Asset or Motor Finance backgrounds to:-

1.Develop new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with clients and introducers and by providing an efficient and high quality service to them
2.Assist with the preparation of new business proposals and carry out relevant credit searches as required
3.Assist with preparation, pay out and loading of new business
4.Assist with producing, tracking and administering documentation
5.Ensure high standards are maintained in respect of all records / documentation / correspondence
6.Compile and maintain diarised spreadsheets by phone, fax and correspondence
7.Produce and maintain customer and broker databases and prepare reports for Management as requested
8.Calculate and distribute customer account settlement quotes and manage processing of settlement payments and preparation of end of lease documentation
9.Organise refunds to customers where appropriate
10.Assist with arrears collection by phone, fax and correspondence when required
11.Answer general and specific account enquiries from clients and introducers
12.General office duties e.g.

scanning, filing, administration, answering telephone etc
13.Report all issues of regulatory concern to the Asset Finance Operations Director / Bank Legal & Compliance Director
14.Communicate and escalate potential issues/risks in a prompt and effective manner


,At least 2 years in an HP and Leasing background is preferred but not essential

Technical/Specialist Knowledge & Skills
,Computer literate (good knowledge of MS Office suite - Excel, Word)

,Ability to communicate at all levels and able to build and develop relationships with clients and introducers of business
,An ability to produce and maintain accurate new business records and spreadsheets
,High level of numeracy and an understanding of financial calculations
,Methodical in approach with a meticulous attention to detail
,Good organisational skills
