Recruitment Specialist

We are recruiting for a temporary role within the NHS for a HR/Recruitment Co-ordinator for a period of 3 months.

The post holder will support the Resourcing Manager and resourcing team in the delivery of operational resourcing activity, including recruitment and payroll.

The role will focus on the CSU and CCGs, but the post holder may be required to support in the delivery of similar resourcing activities for clients.

Candidates will need knowledge/experience of recruitment and payroll.
Experience of working on volume recruitment an advantage Education / Qualifications
Working towards CIPD accreditation/equivalent experience

The ideal candidate:-

Able to work with minimal supervision by using own initiative and prioritising own workload.
Experience of working in an operational HR role.

Experience of advising managers on a range of HR issues.
Able to build effective working relationships with managers and staff.
Ability to work to tight and conflicting deadlines with minimal supervision
Proven ability of working with managers at all level of seniority, members of the public, healthcare professionals and staff from other organisations.

Experience required:-

Practical application and working knowledge of ESR, NHS jobs and Agenda for Change.
Understanding of confidentiality issues/Data Protection Act
Conversant with the Points Based System and immigration (right to work) checks
Understanding of the NHS Employment Checks
of e-recruitment tools, such as TRAC/NHS Jobs.
Knowledge of payroll.
