English Network Support in Wroclaw

Leading Technology company employing close to 10,000 staff is growing their Technical Centre of Excellence on Wroclaw! This centre is responsible for supporting enterprise, infrastructure & data centre clients.

The Poland team is responsible for all aspects of the Technology cycle, Sales & Account Management, support & service delivery.

A Level 1 Network Support role has been created to support tier 1 telco customers.

You will be responsible for supporting remote operation and diagnosis of high-end network equipment, analysing live traffic patterns for major ISPs worldwide, operation of servers and service& working with ISPs’ NOC and administrators around the globe. 

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar position, Linux/UNIX Operating System knowledge; IP networking knowledge and skill set (Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent).

In addition you will need excellent English skills to allow you deal with Global customers in English
