German Technical Support, £28-32K, Oxfordshire

Company: Our client is an international company dedicated to supplying a comprehensive range of high quality immunological and cell biology reagents.

They now have a position for a German Technical Services Support Agent in Oxfordshire UK.

Role: You will be responsible for delivery of service and operational requirements of the assigned account.

As part of a global team you will support customers on a variety of inbound calls requiring you to troubleshoot their IT issues on a range of technologies on the phone or via email.

In addition you will support customers on a variety of inbound hardware related issues.

The ideal candidate will provide technical support on the phone to external customers who speak German and English.


Skills: The ideal candidate will speak fluent German and English.

Candidates that have managed product support, technical support or detailed customer service teams are preferred.

A minimum of 2 years senior Technical Support experience, and at least 2 years in laboratory experience.

Finally you need to demonstrate effective communication skills as well as people and performance management skills.
