3rd Line Support / Technical Support / Senior Technical Support

As the Technical Engineer you will use your advanced knowledge and technical expertise, coupled with excellent customer service to deliver service excellence to the company's customers.

Reporting to the IT Technical Operations Manager this is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast paced working environment developing relationships between IT and the rest of the business actively reviewing service and managing improvements.

The ideal candidate will have worked within an IT environment with a strong background of 3rd Line support to include technical experience of:

  • VMware Estate

  • Messaging (Exchange)

  • ISS Web Applications

  • SQL

  • Incident, Problem & Change Management

  • Application & Server patching

  • Vendor/Stakeholder Management




Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience)
