Trainee Service Advisor

My client, an established automotive main dealer are currently recruiting for a Trainee Service Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone extremely passionate about starting a career in the car industry and thrives on providing an extremely high level of customer service.

The ideal candidate would be expected to be able to easily build rapport with customers while at the same time offering them the benefit of your skills, to identify the customer's needs and giving clear and accurate estimates of the costs and timescales involved.

You'll then schedule the job into the workshop, taking into account the complexity of the work and the availability of parts, arrange a loan car if required and keep customers informed of the progress of work through to completion.

Good administration and organisational skills are essential.

You will need to have a proactive can-do and you will need to demonstrate proven experience in customer service at a high level, be comfortable multi-tasking and also be capable of self-management.
