French Speaking International Co-ordinator

Calling all French speaking Customer Service / Administration Staff!!

My client a leading funeral plans company is looking for an International Co-Ordinator to join their team to manage the repatriation service that they offer within France.

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Promote the company at exhibitions, chamber meetings, visits to Embassies and social networking

  • Speak on the phone with customers with a professional and efficient attitude but with a sympathetic and understanding attitude

  • Place data on computer system and use this system to identify, research and resolve customer issues

  • Provide customers with service information and identity, research and resolve all queries and issues

  • Up sell products and services

  • Research billing issues and refer to appropriate department

  • Updating International Regulations and Company bible

  • Make recommendations for process improvements

  • Viewing deceased and taking photos where required, prior to transportation

  • Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Language skills in French with experience in dealing with people of different cultures

  • Natural ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers

  • Flexibility with working hours and cover
