Marketing Communications Executive required to work for a friendly family firm based in Kingsclere.

For this role you will be working within a developing Marketing Team, you will be responsible for internal communications and content for marketing materials.

You have the ability to learn quickly and like working within a target driven, fast paced environment with strong attention to detail and a have a creative mind.


8.30am - 5.00pm Mon - Thurs and 8.30am - 4.30pm on a Friday.


You will work with authors of content within the business to communicate what content is needed, and to use content that is already produced across our international, integrated marketing strategy.

You will bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and project management skills, to produce multi-purpose, outstanding assets.

This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on the Marketing Executive's work every single day.


  • To work with Marketing, Research, Operations and the Business Managers to coordinate the origination of content within the business by responding to case study successes and market trends.

  • To ensure all content is catalogued and used across integrated marketing channels.

  • To create resources each month that will be used to drive leads, awareness and other important metrics.

  • To collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager, content authors, external agencies and Head of Marketing to write and present relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.

  • To occasionally use creative programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite, in the production of assets.

  • To ensure all marketing assets support prospects as they travel through each stage of the sales funnel and then on through the client journey.

  • To report monthly to the business on activities, successes and available content to be used on internal company communications.

  • To review and coordinate sign-off with all stakeholders for all seminar communications.

  • To take personal responsibility in learning about new innovations in marketing, in order to make recommendations to develop and improve our wider marketing strategy.

  • To be responsible for planning and controlling projects, and keeping them within budget.

  • Supporting the Marketing team with ad hock campaigns and tasks.



  • EITHER: BA/BSc Honours degree in Marketing, OR: CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing


A minimum of three years relevant international workplace experience, preferably in a B2B professional services environment.
