Customer Service Adviser

We are looking for Customer Services Advisors to work in our Skelmersdale contact centre.

The role would involve speaking to customers from the UK and USA, taking orders and resolving customer queries.

You would be interacting with both internal and external customers and would be expected to provide an outstanding level of service at all times.

We put quality at the heart of everything we do and provide ongoing development so that you have the product and systems knowledge you need to provide the level of service we demand.

Preferred Experience

Previous customer service telephone and administration experience would be advantageous, as would experience of Data Input however full training will be given.

Having your own transport would be an advantage due to the potential shift times and our geographical location.

Essential Skills

The successful candidate must:

Good Knowledge of Maths & English

Be able to build rapport with customers

Be able to identify customer needs and present products and services positively

Have an ability to deliver against Key Performance Indicators

Have the versatility to handle a variety of customer service calls

Have the flexibility to support the needs of the business

Be able to display self motivation and contribute positively to the success of the business

Have a drive to be successful
