The Role:
As a Marketing Manager you will be analyzing the market and customer trends, utilizing a variety of methods and tools.

This analysis will then be used to create and develop unrivalled marketing campaigns for the broad portfolio of existing and new HR Solutions.

Working alongside several departments, including Sales and Finance, you will be working within budget to drive traffic and generate new business leads and meet revenue targets.

You will be responsible for creating targeted campaigns, using varying offline and online methods, such as events, SEO, product launches and social media.

Identifying the appropriate target market, you will ensure each campaign is air tight and relevant to the audience in order to maximize return for the business.

The Candidate:
The ideal Marketing Manager will have a proven track record within the HR sector, with knowledge of the technology and route to market in this area.

You will be a confident strategist, able to identify trends and utilize them in order to create successful campaigns.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience of working alongside other departments, maintaining communication, in order to ensure company revenue is surpassed year on year.

It is essential you have unrivalled written and oral communication and presentation skills, with a results driven mindset.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £55,000 and £65,000.
