Guaranteed commission included in basic salary

My client are well established in the industry with lots of inconing enquiries for their products.

They are looking to become more pro-active with winning new business rather than relying on the repeat custom.

We are looking for a sales professional who is able to negotiate with contractors to secure new and repeat business.

There are two estimators in the business who are sending out around 10 quotes a day and the role of the BDE will be to chase these leads up to convert it into a job so there is NO COLD CALLING for this role.


  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new clients and cinome to an agreed annual target

  • Representing the company to potential clients through direct, telephone calls and emails

  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process, lead generation, asking questions, negotiation and closing previously sent quotations

  • Possess drive, motivation an acute attention to detail in ensuring all opportuunities are captured and explored

  • Keeping informed of issues affecting the sector and collecting competitor intelligence
