Telephone Account Manager (TAM Accounts)

We are looking for people with strong B2B Sales experience to join our team as a Telephone Account Manager.

Your be responsible, with the Sales Development Manager for obtaining business from a set panel of SDC/ Marketing FI's working alongside the directors to maximise the maintenance and development of business from key FI's.

Your maintain a high degree of proactive contact with FI's to secure business, driven through a series of outbound calling campaigns as directed by the Sales Manager.

Your follow up leads generated from events and/or webinars to support Intermediaries and mentor them through to commitment to JR.

You're also work closely with the sales manager implementing operating plans.

Your be monitoring plans and ensure that any required corrective action is taken as necessary to ensure successful achievement of the plan, your be Clear and focused on results, quality and service with the desire to succeed and the ability to actively manage a diarised process whilst maintaining call rates and a high degree of enthusiasm while having a flexible approach; ability to work as part of a team in a fast moving environment

Your need to be able to have informed conversations on a B2B level as we provide a niche products to range to a number of financial institutions
