Deputy Home Manager

The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will assist the Home Manager and be instrumental in overseeing the care of all residents within a designated area of the Care Home and, in the absence of the Home Manager and you will take responsibility for the day to day running of the Care Home, delegating tasks and monitoring all junior staff activity.

The Person
To be considered for the role you will have the following attributes:
· 1st Level Nurse
· Clinical Expertise in Professional area of qualification
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
· Team player
· Genuine interest in working with the relevant Resident group
· Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable)
· Care for the Elderly experience / qualification
· Previous management / supervisory experience
