Group Operations Administrator

Job Summary (Description of main purpose of job):
Prepare orders, branding, packaging & Samples and General Office Duties

Key Tasks:
To assist with producing MTO orders for the factories to include order details, branding and packaging and any other specifications that the customer may require, from sales orders received from agents/reps, and ensuring that the factories understand all instructions/requests and that they are acknowledged.

Ensuring that all queries from the factories regarding orders are dealt with promptly to ensure that the orders are produced in time to meet the confirmed Ex-Port delivery date
Keeping accurate records of sample orders placed and ensuring that they are received on time.

Keep accurate records of all incoming samples
To order, receive and check any labels required by customers, relevant to their orders.
To receive, unpack, check, label and dispatch/distribute as required all samples from factories.
To update and create any excel or database reports as required
To collate SMS stock counts at half and full year.
To assist the company operational duties deemed necessary
To assist with Group Purchase Orders
To assist with company Credit and Debit Notes
To assist with Group stock delivery data input (GRN's)
To assist with company invoicing as required
In busy periods to confidently take telephone calls from customers and communicate messages effectively
