Practice Improvement Manager - Children in Care - Buckinghamshire - £42ph

Buckinghamshire has a vacancy for a Practice Improvement Manage for CIC which is a county wide role based out of High Wycombe and Aylesbury.

This is an interim position whilst the LA sources a permanent employer

As a Team Manager, your main duties will be:

- To promote good practice in the areas of Early Help, Safeguarding, Child Protection, and care planning.

- To work with all relevant colleagues and partners, towards continuous improvement in processes and practice required to successfully safeguard and achieve positive outcomes for children and their families
- To be responsible for the delivery of services and to ensure that they meet the required - legislative, policy and performance requirements of the Local Authority and other regulatory bodies.

- To be responsible for managing the performance of social workers and non-social work staff to ensure that service specifications objectives and targets are met.
- Deputising for the Head of Service as and when requested.

As a Team Manager you MUST:

- Be HCPC registered
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Have a full UK license
