Technical Support Analyst

A trusted client is undergoing a hugely exciting development within their IT team and have a challenging position where somebody can really develop and flourish in a new role, as well as bringing effective and substantial changes to both their careers and the organisation itself. 

This fantastic opportunity is with a dynamic public sector organisation in Nottingham who are seeking a Technical Support Analyst who will provide 2nd line technical support for service requests and incidents.

You will have proven ability to troubleshoot application and software problems; networking and install upgrade patches.

Additionally, you will have experience of carrying out routing installation/configuration of software and hardware, as well as providing information on known errors, upgrades, or changes in availability.

The role is on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to £27,000 (depending on experience) and fantastic benefits package.
