Italian B2B Customer Service Agent, Wroclaw

Company: Our client is the #1 company in their sector and are now centralising their European Customer Service Centre in their Wroclaw headquarters.

New positions have been created for Italian B2B Customer Service professionals.

Role:The position of Italian B2B Customer Service contains many responsibilities which include; maintaining high quality standards when dealing with customer care, responding to customer calls and queries in an agreed amount of time without compromising quality.

Maintain customer’s details and other information ensuring it is logged and validated into relevant systems in an accurate and efficient manner.

Manage each problem that arises until it is resolved and improve work exercises to the best of your ability to achieve the best results. 


•Fluent Italian and English

•Previous Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or Retail Sales experience

•Degree is preferable

•Order Processing (SAP an advantage)

•Computer literate and accustomed to recording customer data, tracking and information in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar system

•Ability to manage internal and external customer expectations and to accurately reflect the corporate values and ethics of the business

Gain: This role will allow you to use your Italian language skills in a Corporate Customer Support role.

The position will see you work in a Multilingual Customer Service team that supports over 15 European Countries.
