We have a great opportunity for a passionate and keen Resourcer to join our fantastic client based in High Wycombe.

In this role you will be working closely with the Retail Operations Team supporting them in recruiting Management roles for stores across the UK.

This opportunity would suit an individual who is used to working in a fast paced environment, who isn't afraid to communicate, whether over the phone or face to face, and someone who is keen to shape their existing experience or gain experience within in-house recruitment position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking briefs directly from our Operations Team confirming their recruitment needs for Store and Counter Managers

  • Building great relationships with our Operations Team; ensuring they are updated on vacancies whilst attending Operations meetings when required

  • Active in sourcing for Store and Counter Manager opportunities whether through our chosen job boards or LinkedIn Recruiter account

  • Supporting with sourcing for difficult to recruit roles where required

  • Advertising and promoting our vacancies through various different methods; both online, through social media and offline to attract great talent into the business.

    Ensuring that our advertisements appropriately reflect the role we are recruiting for and are attracting the right talent

  • Efficiently screening all candidates through our Applicant Tracking System

  • Conducting telephone interviews and where appropriate holding face to face interviews

  • Looking at different ways to attract and assess talent, such as organising and attending recruitment/assessment events

  • Coordinating interviews on behalf of the Recruiting Manager, following up on the outcome and either providing feedback to candidates or making job offers

  • Liaising with the Learning and Development team to ensure the smooth on boarding of Store and Counter Managers

  • Ensuring all information relating to recruitment is kept up to date both on our internal spreadsheets and on our Applicant Tracking System

  • Producing weekly and monthly KPI reports for the Recruitment Manager

  • Demonstrating an awareness of our internal applications and ensuring that these candidates are managed appropriately

  • Highlighting any recruitment issues or concerns to the Recruitment Manager as and when they occur whilst supporting in dealing with these when requested

  • Working closely with our Recruitment Coordinator both on day to day activities relating to store recruitment and on set projects

  • Work with of the wider HR team on delivering agreed projects

What we look for from you:

  • Experience of recruitment/resourcing

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role

  • Keen approach to working towards set targets

  • Great MS Excel and Outlook skills as well as previous experience working with a database

  • Demonstrable communication skills at a professional level

  • Ability to organise in a fast paced environment
