We are currently seeking a commercially-driven professional to create and lead a VIP team across our online and retail business.

To be successful you will have a minimum 5 years' experience in the VIP or Customer relationship management with a track record of building, developing and leading a team with success in growing VIP performance.

You will be a capable people manager with the ability to effectively manage and support the development of a VIP team with a view to scaling up on a larger scale.

Analytical & process driven, you will apply a customer and data led approach to account management, CRM and rewards as well as working with relevant teams to optimise the customer contact experience.

Day to day…

  • Establish a VIP team within in conjunction with the Head of Digital revenue with the aim of providing a comprehensive customer account management service to all VIPs.

  • Maximise the profitability of the VIP customer by creating a compelling and dynamic value and service proposition for new and existing customers.

  • Work with the acquisition team and other stakeholders (internally and externally) to proactively identify and target new customer acquisition opportunities.

  • Lead the VIP CRM and promotional planning process with key stakeholders in the CRM & Data teams.

  • Be a key stakeholder in the development of the VIP reporting suite and enhanced VIP segmentation projects

  • Manage the overall marketing budget for the VIP for all elements of spend associated with VIP including free bets, hospitality and gifting.


  • Deep understanding and professional experience in online Sportsbook and Gaming

  • Extensive experience in a VIP / Customer management role

  • A keen understanding of the VIP lifecycle and how to influence customer behaviours through CRM

  • The ability to work autonomously and multi-task is essential

  • Customer focused with a data-led understanding of customers' behaviours and preferences

  • Excellent communicator with keen ability to manage the requirements, both internal and external to the business

  • Proven people management experience

  • Occasional travel
