German Team Leader £25K, Luton

Company: Our client is a US technology company with over 25,000 staff worldwide, leading in its business field.

As the company continues to grow they are looking to expand their operations and employ an German Customer Service Team Leader in their UK headquarters.

Role: For this role we are looking for experienced team-leaders who have over 1 year experience in contact centres.

You have managed a team of at least 10 agents or more and over dealt with escalated customer complaints, agents? issues, team performances, disciplinary procedures and one to one coaching sessions!

Skills: The ideal candidate has strong people skills, is an excellent coach and can understand his agents.

As well as a team-leader you are a team-player.

An excellent understanding of how a contact centre operates is required together with good planning skills and be able to operate under stress.

Excellent English is required and a second language is a benefit!
