Role: Adults Night Support Worker

Location: Hereford

Contract: Full Time Contract 35 hours

Salary: £7.20-£7.80 (range dependent on experience, salary will increase on a salary scale once employed)

Overview- Adults Support Worker

Do you want to work within a permanent residential setting supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs.

You will be providing support for ten people with a learning disability, mental health needs, an acquired brain injury or multiple complex needs.

Some of the individuals attend college courses and others have jobs at a charity shop and a horse rescue centre.

Your role will be to support the adults with every aspect of their personal development, social skills, personal care, and interaction.

Staff work as a team and have a great knowledge and understanding of each person's needs, as well compassionate and a great sense of humour.

Person Specification

Roles and Responsibilities- Adults Support Worker


*Supporting with Personal Care and Independence

*Caring and Passionate Individual

*Ability to work within a team and individually

*Excellent Communication

*Willing to work a Rota that would consist of, Earlies, Lates,

*Enthusiasm, Compassion and Interest to work with Adults with Physical and Learning Difficulties.


*6 months experience within a Health and Social Care Setting

*NVQ In Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this

*Driving is desirable but you need to able to access your place of work (bus route is available)
