MIS Officer (Management Information Systems)
We're on the hunt for an experienced MIS Officer with sound knowledge, understanding and experience of implementing accredited learning programmes.
You'll know your stuff when it comes to Management Information Systems (MIS) in an educational funded learning environment.
What's more, you'll have heaps of experience of successfully using an MI system such as PICS and Learner Track.
Oh, and it goes without saying that you're a whizz at using office IT systems (but we'll say it anyway)! , Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience
, Highly skilled in all aspects of Microsoft Office Applications (MSP and Excel)
, Proficiency in PICS and Learner Track MI systems with at least four years experience of successfully using PICS
, A full understanding of funding rules, including on-going updates
, In-depth knowledge and full understanding of SFA/ESF/BIS funded contracts
, Good level of knowledge and understanding of DWP, EFA, BIS, GLA and ERDF funded contracts
, Sound knowledge, understanding and experience of implementing accredited learning programmes

, A strong track record of developing MI systems to suit different funded contract
, Experience of designing and managing MI training for staff and sub-contractors

, Based in the Tooting area you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data for all funded projects across the Lifelong Learning department of the company, lead on the claim process and validation of claimable events from partners and lead on the contract compliance of all funded contracts.
, An expert on SFA and ESF contracts you will ensure that the business has accurate, relevant and timely management information across all contracts in order to successfully achieve financial and delivery performance targets.
, Managing the Management Information System you will be responsible for extracting and manipulating data, creating a wide range of reports that track performance against profiles and individual performance of staff,reconciling data across the business and acting as a Lead on Skills Funding Agency management information.
, This is a 6 month contract with a view to going permanent after the 6 month period.
You will be rewarded with a salary of £32157k, expenses and attractive holiday entitlement together with further training and outstanding career prospects and progression.
, A DBS (formerly CRB) check prior to commencement of role is required.
