Programme Manager (Business Change) fixed term contract

A market leading company based in the Birmingham are seeking an experienced Programme Manager (Business Change / Business Transformation) to join the business ASAP.

The role will involve leading a portfolio of projects delivering business and IT change initiatives to agreed standards and methodology ensuring that all projects deliver the expected capability to time, quality and costs.

Ensure that all project documentation, project plans, risk and issues logs, reporting requirements are provided by all assigned project managers in good time and of a high quality.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding organisation that is likely to see significant
growth over the next 18 months as the business continues to grow and invest heavily across IT.

My client requires candidates with experience managing Projects and Programmes with in relation to Data Centre consolidation and/or a variety of Infrastructure Projects/Programmes.


- Build, develop and motivate high performing project & programme teams committed to achieving success by delivering the benefits of the programme.
- Manage large IT programmes and projects to meet objectives to time, quality and cost using the appropriate methodology.
- Work with other functional areas to ensure synergy, effectiveness, and continual improvement of the organisational processes.
- Build a stakeholder map across all projects and programmes.
- Manage and lead all project communication to key stakeholders.
- Responsible for effective communication within and across projects and programmes to all stakeholders.
- To be aware of and support key negotiations and management of external vendors.
- Manage the inter-project dependencies forming the project/programme so that the objectives of the project/programme are achieved in the most effective and efficient manner.
- Initiate and maintain own programme and project plans ensuring that all the details are accurate and up to date.
