CACI are growing rapidly as a business and now want to recruit a talented and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join the developing team.

CACI is revising and growing its Sales Organisation to position itself for scalable growth.

As part of this, requires an effective Sales Operations Manager, to drive the implementation of a planned new Sales Model and the associated processes.

An independent Sales Operations Review has just been completed which has identified the need for this role to be established to take responsibility for the following: 

A new CRM system is planned for implementation over the next 6 months and the preparation work is currently underway.

This role will be instrumental in the development of a new Sales culture at CACI where clear and compelling value propositions will be taken to defined target markets by a team of highly trained sales people.

This role will be a crucial “change agent” and the successful candidate will be responsible for setting standards in implementation and adoption of the critical components of the Sales Model.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, with at least 3 years successful sales operations experience along with further extensive experience in sales environments within technology, services, or consulting businesses, with no less than 5 years overall experience.

The individual must possess/be:

  • High levels of motivation - The will and drive to succeed.

  • In depth knowledge of and expertise in Sales Operations within a medium to large Sales organisation
  • Problem solver / highly numerate
  • Strong analysis skills with particular strength in data/trend analysis and reporting tools such as Excel
  • Persistent and energetic
  • Relationship building skills
  • A professional attitude.

    Highly organised
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • An aptitude for Project Management and Implementation
  • A good understanding of Revenue Recognition rules would be an advantage


  • The candidate must have 3 years successful experience in a sales operations role and further extensive experience within sales organisations within technology, services, or consulting businesses
  • Has extensive experience in the use of, implementation of and ongoing management of CRM driven processes within a sales organisation
  • Marketing Services experience would be an advantage
  • Understands all aspects of a broad Sales Operations brief

Compensation & Benefits

Salary, commission and benefits will be dependent on the individual candidate and their level of expertise and experience.

Competitive Base salary with an Additional bonus payable against achievement of the sales performance.
