Business Administrator

Business Administrator: A Business Administrator is required for a well-established IT and Technology services company located in Shoreham-by-sea, West Sussex.

This position will suit an eager administrator that thrives in a busy service orientated SME sized business environment, offering lots of variety, challenge and job satisfaction.

The objective is to support the management with business administration tasks in Accounts, Marketing and Sales.


Basic Book Keeping
Assisting with Marketing Activities
Sales Administrating
Answering Telephone
Health & Safety Admin
General operational Admin tasks

Applicants should possess the following skills:

Previous experience working for a service orientated SME sized company
Confident in a technology environment, unfazed with technical terms etc, a fast learner
Any knowledge of computer dealer / reseller sector is desirable (not essential)
A basic understanding of using Microsoft Office and Sage Line 50 (or similar)
Possess a willingness to learn and co-operate as part of a team
Confident working in a busy often hectic environment
Excellent telephone manner along with friendly customer service skills
Attention to detail is paramount
Good communication, literacy and organisational skills
Flexible to suit the demands of a small business
Ideally live within a 30-40 minute commute of the office
