Maintenance Co-ordinator

Our client, with over 20 years experience in their industry, are recruiting for an exciting permanent opportunity as a Maintenance Co-ordinator.

The role will involve the running and processing of monthly service lists for engineers and allocating engineers for each service list.

The ideal candidate will need to be very organised and work well within a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities;

  • Updating the relevant system with monthly service lists

  • Allocating engineers to service lists and clients

  • Dealing with any maintenance issues raised by engineers or clients

  • Calendar all maintenances to the engineers

  • Processing, pricing and submitting maintenance worksheets

  • Answering of the helpdesk telephone and dealing with queries

Key requirements;

  • Strong background in an administrator/co-ordinator role

  • Confident in using Microsoft packages

  • Very organised

  • Confident in working independently or in a team
