The Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be solely responsible for hunting and winning new business within the south of England.

You will need to have previous experience in selling Food, or ideally cold drinks.

The role will be field based and will involve you speaking to C-Level decision makers on a daily basis.

You will be set a realistic target with exceptional commission offers on offer for achieving yearly and monthly targets.

As well as winning new business, you will be responsible for managing accounts you bring on.

The candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have experience and a track record at identifying and winning new business within FMCG, but ideally cold drinks.

As a person, you will be highly proactive and creative, while also having an effective sales approach.

The right candidate will be able to take accountability for managing their own sales territory and be able to consistently hit targets.

You will need to have two plus years within food service, or on-trade, such as hotels, restaurants or cafes.

Being able to look after key accounts is also a requirement, therefore previous experience here will be beneficial.

The package:
As Business Development Manager you will receive a very good base salary of £35,000 - £40,00 depending on experience + OTE + car + benefits.
