Sous Chef

FINTEC recruit is looking to recruit a Sous Chef for our client based on the Isle of Arran, Scotland.

This a full time permanent position due to an internal promotion.

Salary £23,000 per annum, live in accommodation can be provided.

Role and Responsibilities:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the Restaurant.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will support them in delivering excellence.

Our client is looking for someone who has experience of managing and supervising the kitchen team within to high standards.

You must be proficient and have knowledge EHO Food Hygiene and Allergens; Responsible for ensuring all EHO, HSE and Food and Kitchen House Rules are carried out to standard and recorded within the company records.

Our client is looking for applicants who have a Passion about doing a quality job and who can go the extra mile for their guests.

Reliability and Team Work are essential for you to develop within the Hotel.
