Technical Lead (VOIP)

Technical Lead - Permanent - West Midlands

VOIP Technical Lead is required for one of my clients based in Telford.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for the design of the VoIP networking environment by designing system configuration and directing system installation while following and enforcing system standards.

Design and implementation of new Voice solutions and improving resilience of the current environment.

Maximising the Voice network by monitoring and troubleshooting any problems, schedule any upgrades that are required and collaborate with the network architects.

Ensure the billing system for all customers’ calls is maintained and secured.

Ensure all information needed for installation, maintenance and faults are all logged correctly and in a timely fashion onto the ticketing system.

Ensure that all installations, maintenance and fault finding activities comply with good Health and Safety practices.

Key Skills:

You must have at least 2 years’ experience of Design and management of a VoIP network.

You will require a high level of attention to detail and be able to work accurately under pressure.
