Do you have experience of working a busy front of house reception?

Do you possess a good telephone manner and great people skills?

Are you immediately available from September to November, Monday to Friday?

If the answer is yes to all three questions, I have the role for you! My client are looking to bring in a front of house receptionist for a two month period, with a possible extension.

The successful candidate will be;

  • Responsible for meeting and greeting customers

  • Answering the switchboard in a timely manner

  • Meeting room management andmanaging the mail room function

  • Posting credit notes out to customers

  • Logging and accurately distributing invoices to the relevant members of Senior Management Team.

Desired personal attributes and skills;

  • Approachable and friendly

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and switchboard

  • Clear telephone manner

  • Committed
