, Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 base with an uncapped OTE £50,000 + generous pension, progression paths and other flexible options.

The Role:
As an Internal Sales Manager you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to sell a full portfolio of Audio Visual products into the Commercial, Public and Retail sectors.

You will be hunting for new business and managing an existing base of clients; introducing new products, upselling and building a proficient rapport with your clients.

You will consistently be performing against set targets to make the most out of the rewarding commission plan.

If you continue to demonstrate your abilities, there will be further progression into management.

Experience Required:
The Internal Sales Manager will be required to have experience in Audio Visual Solutions; ideally with knowledge of digital displays and signage, video walls and video conferencing.

The ideal candidate will currently be doing a hybrid of new business and account management.

You must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets; demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve success.

You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence and have the persistence to exceed all KPI's.

The Package:
The offered basic salary for an Internal Sales Manager ranges between £40,000- £50,000, depending on experience, with a rewarding uncapped OTE of £50,000 in your first year.
