Business Support Administrator

Our prestigious Client based in Verwood is recruiting for a Business Support Administrator who will be assisting with both the operational and sales team with the day to day running of our Clients Business needs.

The successful candidate will assist with the new account process of all legal documentation ensuring that these are received and recorded correctly.

Managing all PR cars, this will include sending invoices and ensuring all agreements and documentation sent by our Client are in order.

You will also be assisting with resolving client issues, accurate diary management, supporting the operational team with project work, working closely with the IT development team and reviewing all internal processes.

Essential education background - 5 GCSE's A-C or equivelant, including Maths & English

Essential Professional experience includes - Office based and Microsoft Office expereince.

The Successful candidate must processes effective organisational skills whilst also having an eye for detail.

In this role consistancy is needed along with a proactive approace, time management and communication skills.
